ok so this weekend , me and kyle made the trip to Pennsylvania for A Time We Will Remember ,

we left thursday morning and drove all day and night and made it to our friend matt's house in baltimore about 3 am ,

we slept in got cleaned up and went and ate , vegan philly cheesesteaks are the shit

went to celebrated summer records which is ran by an old friend who was in an awesome band called Never Enough we also ran into the Not Sorry guys , talked for a bit with them and then went back to matts for a while before the show in Silver Springs ,

the show in SS was Praise , Mindset , Not Sorry and Coke Bust, it was in a punk / crusty house , the show was in the basement and it was awesome imagine about 40 people crammed into a basement that should only hold around 20 , it ruled ,

saw some old friends at the show which is always awesome


after the show we went back to matts and crashed , got up , showered and went and ate at an awesome pizza spot called matthews , they even had a pizza i could eat and it was fucking fire,

after lunch we drove to lemoyne for the show , i love pennsylvania its really nice

again saw a bunch of old friends which is always awesome ,

im ready for this semester to be over , my advisor told me i could graduate in may , but i would have to take 15 hours , FUCK THAT . so im thinking i might stretch it out and graduate in the summer

and me and him and colin and kyle went to little rock and hung out with jerry and the doggies before the show , brookie was camping :(

the show was fun , alpha and omega , mother of mercy , chi town buddies convicted and harms way , naysayer , swamp thing , unfortunately foundation had to drop b/c of van troubles ,but at least they are ok and that is all that matters , we stayed the night with jerry and got up early on sunday and drove to ATL for foundations rec release , it was awesome all the same bands played and also title fight and gypsy , and a surprise 2 0r 3 songs from BAD SEED which was awesome i love that band

it was hot as balls but the show was insane ,

man this weekend ruled , me and kyle headed down to memphis for the Dead City /Victims / Black Breath / Trap Them show and for craziness for blakes bday , needless to say it was a great show , black breath was killer

after the show we left and headed to trax and met up with the crew i was esp thrilled to see old friends jason and jon ( p.s. i wish few left standing would play just once more ) . I always eat way to much when im there but thats ok i can eat like a king in memphis , it was a good time all around

back to OB and to gayrats house we stayed up hella late being retarded ,

enter saturday we woke up late, went over to blakes house for a bit , then to eat and to garretts house for some swimming action , p.s. garretts cat is SATAN

headed back to cordova and went to pai wei i didnt eat anything cause i was still feeling the effects of lunch , lennys is good , but goddamn coming out is a different story , al got some tofu that looked like they were circumsizing motherfuckers in the back , shit looked nasty , he picked at it the whole , and we just made fun of it the whole time .

we then all went to see The Hangover , it was sooo goddamn funny lots of laughing out loud

me and kyle then said bye to everyone and headed home

getting to see unbroken was something special , getting to see those songs live was great , stage dives were in full ,

other highlights were Disembodied , Bane , Betrayed , Reach The Sky, 108 , Trial , Threadbare , Converge played Jane Doe in full and it was pretty goddamn epic

GODDAMN Neurosis was more than i could have ever imagined , the visuals were some of the most haunting images i have ever seen , they were flawless live

ok so friday me and kyle headed to olive branch to meet up with the boys and ladies to head to the show in birmingham , the trip down was crazy , shaving cream fights , fruit cups being thrown out of the car , m&m's everywhere , i honestly dont know how we didnt get pulled over. the show was insane , BAD SEED got to play , for those of you idiots who dont know who they are they are a new band from wilkes barre ,PA , they were killer , expect big things from them this year . All the bands were wild , mongos covered river runs red and forfeit covered wolverine blues , cave 9 will be missed , i saw some pretty awesome bands there over the years , converge , champion , integrity , 100 demons , to name a few .

this wednesday mongos and mother of mercy in memphis and then back down to birmingham for REIGN SUPREME
